Maggie Moreno is a graduate from the Art and Design School  of  Cuyo National University, Mendoza, Argentine Republic. She obtained her degree as an Industrial Designer specialized in Graphics in February 1997.

Before graduating , she already worked as a designer for an important number of companies in Mendoza constantly responding and fulfilling  their requirements.
She obtained the First Prize at a Provincial Competition of Poster Graphic Design for the National Grape Harvest Festival annually held in Mendoza.
She got involved in the tasks of “wine packaging” in 1999, feeling a strong attraction for this field and all activities related to Viticulture.
As a result of this devotion, she has made important clients within wineries and exporters’ environment.

In the year 2002 the Commerce Stock Exchange  of  Mendoza carried out a contest of Wine Labels Design in which 179 specialists from the whole Argentine Republic participated. Maggie Moreno’s project was assessed by a very demanding and varied panel, being awarded the First Prize for her only one proposal. As a consequence of this, she, as the competition’s winner, was offered a trip to London  by the British Embassy to get in contact with outstanding  personalities of packaging design as part of the wine commercialization field.

At 2006 Maggie and her husband Alejandro Frigerio developed a project of “Atlas Wine Regions” launching its first map of The Wine Regions of the World. The poster is actually sell in all over the country, Australia and Africa. In 2010 they launch the poster of Argentina Wine Regions, and now they are working hard in a complete set to represent the most representatives countries of wine production.

At 2007 a new challenge appeared with the “Pi & Spam” Project for them. Nine characters that recreate the computer’s tools being  launched at market of licensing of intellectual propierties in the Licensing Expo at New York in 2008.

At 2010 she is a panelist in a Wine Packaging Seminar with more than hundred people At Park Hyatt Mendoza.

At present, they work as a wine packaging  consultants  and designers including tasks such as brand naming; brand development; labels design, promotional selling and everything connected to new wines launching into the market. She takes part in the creative development  as well as in the supervision of the projects implementation.
